How to nominate – How to vote – How to attend

Nomination and proxy forms are attached. You are warmly welcomed to put yourself forward or to nominate another CAS member for one or more positions on the management committee. All positions will be declared vacant and nominations will be taken from the floor if all positions are not filled prior to the meeting. Voting will be by all members present and by proxy.

Please return all signed and dated nomination forms to admin@cairnsartsociety.com.au by 7th April or they can be left at the DFO up to that date.

All proxy forms are to be received before the start of the meeting.

‍ ‍

Please consider nominating to be on your committee. New members will be warmly welcomed, appreciated and supported in their new roles. By contributing you can help to steer CAS in the direction you would like to see it head and ensure we survive. Without our volunteers we are nothing.

No bookings necessary, just join us.

The 2025 Financial Statements will be sent to all members FYI prior to the meeting, and be available on the night.
